Meet The Chef!
Hi! I’m Chef Carlos Leon. I’m originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, and I’ve been calling Northwest Arkansas home for almost eight years now. My love for food has taken me on a journey across cultures and cuisines, helping me develop a style that’s rooted in Mexican tradition but inspired by flavors from around the world.
Back in Mexico, I started a food business that delivered low-carb meals to people focused on health and nutrition. After moving to NWA, I worked in some of the area’s most popular restaurants before starting my own catering company. These days, I cook for private events of all kinds—small gatherings, special celebrations, and more—bringing fresh, flavorful dishes right to your table.
I also enjoy sharing what I know. I teach cooking classes at the Fayetteville Public Library and love connecting with the community through food.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the Universidad Autonóma de Guadalajara, in Mexico, and a Culinary Arts & Artisanal Food degree from Brightwater in Bentonville, AR (Class of 2023).
Whether you’re looking for great food, a memorable event, or just someone who loves to talk (and cook) about flavor, I’d love to be part of your next gathering.
